Aerojet Work Stands for the Minute-Man Deload Facility
Approximate Dimensions: 20ft W x 33ft L x 32ft H
Requirement:
Design and build work stands to remove solid rocket propellant from the Minute-Man rocket boosters.
Solution:
Design entire structure from stainless steel to withstand the caustic environment.
Fabricate project utilizing a concurrent design and build approach to ensure customer schedule requirements were met.
Utilize the Unigraphics CAD system to ensure the design met OSHA and human factors criteria.
