Requirement:
Develop a two-piece three-level work stand for a clean room environment. Work platform to be set in two positions for satellite installation and for solar panel installation.
Wortk stand has a built-in hand crank adjustment for moving in and away from satellite. Drop in bridges are attached during solar panel installation.
Solution:
Designed structure to meet OSHA and seismic structural requirements.
Fabricated project utilizing a concurrent design and build approach to ensure customer schedule requirements were met.
Utilized the Pro-Engineer CAD system to ensure the design met OSHA and human factors criteria.
