-All seals were vacuum tested to 10-5 Torr with 20% minimum helium on each seam using a leak detector calibrated to a standard 1x10-7 atm-cc/sec or less. -All full penetration flange welds were 100% X-Ray inspected. -All internal surfaces of the chamber required a 64 surface finish.
